1. All sessions (online or via telephone) must be booked in advance.
2. Each appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, with preparation completed beforehand.
3. For OHS and HR consultations, please ensure relevant workplace documents or access details are available.
4. For counselling and coaching, please join from a private space to maintain confidentiality.
1. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
2. Late cancellations or missed sessions may incur a fee, as preparation and reserved time cannot be reassigned.
3. Repeated cancellations may affect future booking availability.
